Need something not listed?
Our stocked products cover many common applications, but not every project requires a standard gradation. Cantex Crushing regularly produces custom aggregate to meet project-specific engineering and Ministry of Transportation and Transit specifications.
If you know the required gradation or specification, we'll produce it. If you're unsure, our team can review your project requirements and recommend the right aggregate product for the job.
We crush to your spec, including MoTT SS202 base course and CSA A23.1 concrete-aggregate gradations.
Pit pickup and delivery, answered.
Not sure which product or how much you need? Tell us the job and we will point you to the right gradation and volume.
Where is the Summerland pit, and when is it open?
The pit is at 17202 Bathville Road, Summerland, BC, in the South Okanagan between Penticton and Peachland. It is open Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 4:15pm, with Saturdays on request.
Can I pick up at the pit, or do you deliver?
Both. Bring your truck to the Summerland pit and our crew loads pit-run and crushed products into it, or we arrange delivery across the South Okanagan for an additional charge quoted per load. We do not run our own trucks, so the haul is arranged and quoted with the load.
Do you serve Penticton, Naramata, and Peachland?
Yes. The pit is a short haul for pickup from Summerland, Penticton, Naramata, and Peachland, and delivery to all four is arranged for an additional charge. For mobile crushing we travel across British Columbia, onto Vancouver Island, north into the Territories, and east into Alberta.
Do you publish prices?
We publish retail prices for the pit products you pick up. Crushing to a spec is priced per job, because it depends on the rock, the gradation, the volume, and the mobilization.
What do you stock at the pit?
Road base, drain rock, screenings, concrete aggregate, bedding sand, and landscape rock for pickup. Tell us the product and volume and we will confirm availability.
Need it crushed on site instead?
We bring the crushing plant to your pit.
Two mobile crushers that go wherever the job is, in the province and past it. Send the spec, the volume, and the site.
