Crushed aggregate

Road base is crushed, well-graded rock with fines, engineered to compact into a dense, load-bearing layer under roads, lanes, pads, and slabs. In BC the governing reference is MoTT SS202. Tell us the gradation your engineer specified and we crush to it.

Road base, answered.

Not sure which size your job needs? Send the spec and we point you to the right product.

What gradation is your road base?

We crush to the gradation your job specifies, including MoTT SS202 well-graded base (WGB) and select granular sub-base (SGSB). Send your spec sheet and we produce to it.

Is your road base 19mm minus or 25mm minus?

We stock 19mm minus and 75mm minus sub-base. We do not stock 25mm minus, but we can produce it on request. BC producers sell by metric maximum size with fines: 19mm minus is three-quarter crush, 25mm minus is one-inch crush.

Do you crush road base to MoTT SS202?

Yes. MoTT SS202 is the governing BC road-base reference. Send your SS202 gradation and we crush to it.

Can I pick up at the pit, or do you deliver?

Both. Bring your truck to the Summerland pit and our crew loads it, or we arrange delivery across the South Okanagan for an additional charge quoted per load. We do not run our own trucks. For a spec crush we bring the plant to your site.
