This policy applies to the Cantex Crushing website. It explains what we collect when you browse the site, call the number listed on it, or send a quote request.

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used, which pages are visited, from where, and on what device. This data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.

We may also use Microsoft Clarity to see how visitors interact with pages, which can include recordings of on-page activity (clicks, scrolling, and mouse movement) with sensitive input masked. It helps us find and fix usability problems.

Both tools set cookies in your browser. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without them.

Our contact page embeds a Google map so you can find the Summerland pit. The map is loaded from Google only when you scroll to it, and loading it can set Google cookies in your browser in the same way visiting Google Maps directly would. We do not receive any personal information from the map. The address is also written out in plain text on the page, so you never have to load the map to get it.

The phone number on this site is a call-tracking number that forwards to our team. We use it to know that a call came from the website. Calls may be recorded or monitored for quality and accuracy. If you would rather not be recorded, contact us in writing through the quote form.

When you submit a quote request, we collect the name, contact details, project location, and project description you provide. We use it only to respond to your request and to price the work. The submission is delivered to our team by email through our email provider, Resend.

We share information only with the service providers that run these tools: Google (Analytics and Maps), Microsoft (Clarity), our call-tracking provider, and Resend (email delivery), and only so they can provide the service. We do not sell or rent personal information.

We keep quote requests as long as we need them to serve the inquiry and our records. Analytics data is retained under each provider's standard retention settings.

Under PIPEDA you can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete a quote request. Reach us through the contact page.
