Cantex Crushing

Mobile crushing in the Kootenays.

We mobilize the crushing spread into the West and East Kootenays and the Revelstoke corridor.

Mountain work, crushed on site.

The Kootenays are a real haul from Summerland, and most of the aggregate a job needs there is already sitting on site as shot rock or pit run. So the work here is on-site crushing, not delivered gravel: hauling aggregate over the passes rarely pencils.

The plant and a mine-supervisor-certified crew travel the Columbia corridor and the valleys of the West and East Kootenays, for highway, forestry, mining, and municipal projects.

Mobile crushing services in Nelson.

Nelson is mountain country, and the haul between valleys is long enough that trucking material in rarely makes sense. We mobilize the crushing plant to Nelson and the surrounding West Kootenay, including the Slocan Valley and Salmo, and crush your material where it lies to the gradation your job references.

Our crews work for contractors, forestry operations, and municipalities on remote sites with tight access. Crushing on site is usually the right answer this far out. Send us the tonnage, the spec, and the access, and we will tell you what the mobilization runs.

Serving contractors in Castlegar.

Castlegar sits where the Kootenay meets the Columbia, and the road, utility, and industrial work around it runs on aggregate produced close to the job. We bring the crushing plant to your pit or quarry near Castlegar, Robson, and Ootischenia, and crush to the gradation the contract calls for.

We do not run a pit in the Kootenays. Everything here is mobile: the plant, the crew, and the certifications travel together. Tell us the volume, the spec, and the site access, and we will price the crushing with the mobilization built in.

On-site crushing for Trail projects.

Trail and the Beaver Valley carry heavy industrial and highway work, and the aggregate for it is usually crushed on site. Our crews travel to Trail, Rossland, Warfield, Fruitvale, and Montrose with the mobile plant, set up in your pit or quarry, and produce road base, sub-base, and spec aggregate from the rock you already have.

Steep ground and tight benches are normal here. We come in, set up, put up what was asked for, and leave the site clean. Send the spec, the tonnage, and the access, and we will tell you what it takes to get the plant there.

Supporting construction projects in Cranbrook.

Cranbrook anchors the East Kootenay, and the mining, highway, and municipal work through the Elk Valley and the Rocky Mountain Trench needs aggregate produced where the job is. We mobilize the crushing plant to Cranbrook, Kimberley, Fernie, and Elko, and crush your shot rock or pit-run to the specification the contract references.

This is a real haul from Summerland, so mobile crushing is what makes sense here, not delivered aggregate. Price the mobilization once, crush the tonnage on site, and the material never has to leave your property. Tell us the volume and the gradation, and we will price the job.

Mobile crushing services in Revelstoke.

Revelstoke sits on the Trans-Canada between Rogers Pass and the Columbia, and the highway, hydro, and forestry work along that corridor runs on aggregate crushed close to the work. We bring the plant to your site near Revelstoke and produce base and sub-base material from the rock already stockpiled there.

Winter and mountain access are part of the job in this corridor. Our crew is mine-supervisor-certified and used to remote setups with a short working window. Send the tonnage, the spec, and the access route, and we will price the crushing with the mobilization included.

Mobile crushing for Golden projects.

Golden sits at the top of the Columbia Valley, where the Trans-Canada and the Kicking Horse Canyon carry steady highway and forestry work. We mobilize the crushing plant to Golden, Parson, and the surrounding Columbia Valley, set up in your pit or borrow pit, and crush to the gradation your engineer specified.

Delivered aggregate from Summerland rarely pencils at this distance, so the work here is on-site crushing. If the material is already on your site as shot rock or pit-run, we will turn it into road base, sub-base, or concrete aggregate without a long haul on either end.

Our leadership holds mine manager certification, the senior level of BC Mines Act supervision. Our crew includes a shift-boss-certified supervisor, trained to oversee sites running multiple contractors. Our crew is mine-supervisor-certified under the BC Mines Act. The plant and crew travel to your site.
